Returns and exchanges
Ready-to-wear shoes, and made-to-order shoes in our standard sizes, can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery.
• Shoes must be unworn, in the condition you received them, with the original box and packaging. Please try them on indoors, on a carpeted or soft surface.
• To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp at +91 92054 18400 or email support@dappershoes.in with your order number.
• You are responsible for shipping the pair back to us, for both returns and exchanges. We do not charge any return or restocking fee.
• Refunds are made to your original payment method once we have received and checked the shoes.

Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for a refund. You can exchange them for a different size, subject to availability, or return them for store credit.

Custom and bespoke shoes
Custom shoes are made to your individual measurements, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. If the fit isn’t right, we will remake them free of charge.
