All orders will be shipped out via Fedex and are expected to be delivered within 2-4 days, once it leaves the factory. All orders would be trackable.
Ready to Wear (RTW) Shoes will be shipped out in 24 Hrs. If any size is out of stock, it will be mentioned as Pre-Order Item on the product page and will be delivered in 25 Days.
Made to Order (MTO) Shoes will be manufactured and delivered in 25-30 Days.
Free Shipping on all Domestic Orders. International Shipping is Rs.2000 (approx. US$30) per pair.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously at Dapper Shoes Co. and want you to have a shoe that is in every sense the perfect fit. We offer an easy return service for all non-personalised(custom) goods within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return the shoes so that we can provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code that you can include in the package for our easy reference.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item you no longer wish to keep and forward the details of your new order on email@example.com
We’d recommend that you ensure your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpet before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition, and come with their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns if they are not in perfect condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Dapper Shoes Co. will ship back the new item/s at no extra cost to the customer.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The original shipping costs will be refunded; Dapper Shoes Co. will refund the full amount paid for the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
