Why No Cash on Delivery?

There are some customers who try to mess around with your company for no justified reason. When we tried reaching these customers, most of them were just “enjoying ” playing with the system. We lose money on operational costs, shipping and returns. To incorporate these costs in our product pricing, we need to increase costs for all customers, which we feel is unjustified for a genuine customer.  

We are okay with doing less business with genuine orders than more business with false orders.
