It starts with a conversation at our Okhla studio about what you need — the occasion, the fit, the style. From there we take your measurements, help you select a last and design, choose your leather and sole, and confirm the details before we begin. Delivery is 5–12 weeks from confirmation.

Our specialist takes detailed measurements of both feet individually — length, width, volume, and shape — and analyses the foot profile to understand how your foot moves and where it needs support or room. No two feet are the same, so we assess each one separately. We also factor in your preferred sock thickness and any areas that need special consideration, such as a high instep or wide forefoot.

The last is the wooden form your shoe is built on. We work from a stock last and modify it to match your measurements. Our fitters will recommend a last with a toe shape that works both for your foot shape and the style you want.

We offer round, square, chisel, and almond toe shapes. You can also commission an entirely new toe shape if none of the standards are quite right.

Yes. You can choose one of our in-house styles, ask us to recreate something you already own or love, or commission something entirely new. We work across oxfords, loafers, derbies, monk straps, and boots.

For calf leather we use 1.4–1.6mm A-grade full-grain calfskin — chosen for its suppleness, durability, and the way it develops character over time. We also offer suede and textured options including crocodile, python, pebble grain, and woven.

Beyond black, we offer a range of solid colours across shades of brown, oxblood, and tan. For hand-painted patinas, we can work from our house collection or take a colour commission. Each patina is applied by hand, so colours will vary slightly and deepen beautifully over time.

We offer two constructions: cemented and Blake stitch. For the sole itself, you have three options — full rubber, full leather, or leather with a rubber forepart. Our team will recommend based on your intended use and how you plan to wear the shoes.

Yes. Standard heel height is around 1 inch, but you can commission a taller or shorter heel according to your preference.

We remake it — free of charge, no questions. Our measurement process is thorough enough that we can go straight to the final pair without a trial shoe, but if the fit isn’t what you wanted, we’ll make it right.
